Event Rental Pricing

Request a free reservation for your event or just call us directly at 571 228 9953. We personalize each and every quote depending on the:

• Period of the event (In Season, between March 1 and October 30, Off Season between November 1 and February 28)

• Day of the week (weekday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

• Duration of the event (up to 4 or up to 8 hours)

• Number of people attending the event (up to 50, between 51 and 80, between 81 and 120)

• Configuration of the rental space (Carriage House, Bridal Suite, Man Cave, Ceremony Pavilion)

• Services and amenities in addition to the ones listed below

• Discounts or additional free services for customers who come visit and show an interest in what we have to offer. Our offer includes references or flexibility regarding catering, entertainment, other third party services. Ask us about promotional discounts, partial or full barter deals, One-Stop-Shop packages.

   Services Provided:

·        Exclusive use of Rock Hill Pavilion event premises

·        Beautifully appointed Bridal Suite

·        “Man Cave” (pool table, TV, dart board)

·        Formal Living Room

·        Ceremonial Gazebo

·        Ceremony Chairs

·        Carriage House Reception Hall

·        Reception Tables and Chiavari Chairs

·        Two 60″ Flat Screens for Customized Monograms and Slideshows

·        Wireless LED Uplighting

·        Veranda overlooking Pool with fountain and rolling hills

·        8 hours inclusive of 2 hours set up / 5 hours for your ceremony and reception, and

                 1 hour clean up at the conclusion of your reception

·        Additional hours $300 per hour

·        Complimentary one hour rehearsal

·        Hard-wired backup generator

Requirements:

·        Maximum of 120 guests including the wedding party with a total of 12 tables

·        Agreement in abiding by Rock Hill Pavilion LLC’s Policy Statement.

Your date is reserved upon receipt of a signed Contract & Policy Statement, and receipt of 50% of Rock Hill Pavilion LLC’s Fee.  The 50% deposit is non-refundable.  The balance is due 90 days prior to the event.

·        $500 Breakage / Security Fee for Rock Hill Pavilion LLC which will be refunded if there is no damage and provisions within the Policy Statement are maintained.  This is due 30 days prior to your wedding/event.
